PID (Immediate Direct Payment)is an immediate reimbursement system proposed by the CNS. With this device, you can take advantage of health care without advance payment, as reimbursements are made directly to healthcare professionals by the CNS or other national reimbursement systems such as the CMFEP or the CMFEC.
Find your dentist through the online booking platform.
Provide your CNS card number.
The network of dentists submits the invoice in real time.
The CNS immediately validates its share, and you only pay the remaining amount.
Anyone registered with the CNS or another recognized social security system (such as CMFEP or CMFEC). This includes residents of Luxembourg undergoing treatments eligible for reimbursement.
No. PID only applies to treatments reimbursed by the CNS. Aesthetic procedures and treatments requiring pre-authorization or not covered by CNS are excluded.
